Volunteer Information
We are a municipal animal shelter that places approximately 1000 animals in homes each year. We rely heavily on our volunteers. Our volunteers help with a
variety of tasks that include socializing the animals, cleaning, grooming, transporting, adoptions, events, fundraising, laundry, dog walking, and following up
on adoptions. There are ways for you to volunteer both at the shelter and outside of the shelter.

Feel free to stop by the shetler or attend one of our volunteer meetings to meet us. Or come to our new volunteer orientation that's held on the first Saturday
of each month at 1PM. Once you have signed up as a volunteer you will receive a booklet regarding volunteer policies. We look forward to meeting you!
